We calculate your roof so you can check every number

TrueRoof is an automatic composite roof tile calculator. We don’t hide the method: below you’ll find where every figure in your estimate comes from.

How your estimate is calculated

Four steps, every coefficient is open. You can repeat the same calculation on paper and get the same result.

1. Roof area
Enter it directly or via the house dimensions: the footprint is multiplied by 1.5 — a correction for pitch and overhangs.
2. Cutting waste
Gable — 7%, hip — 10%, complex — 13%. The coefficients come from a KAZROOF engineer, not padded “just in case”.
3. Accessories
Ridges, eave and verge flashings, fasteners: 18% / 28% / 38% of the tile cost depending on the roof shape.
4. Installation, optional
The rate depends on the shape: from 5,500 ₸/m² for a gable roof to 8,000 ₸/m² for a complex one. You can switch it off and count materials only.

Open price lists
Prices are taken from the suppliers’ official websites; the update date is shown in the footer. The source for each brand is disclosed in the “Data and sources” block.
No markup
The calculator adds nothing on top. It shows the cost of materials and labour, not a price “through a middleman”.
Manufacturer’s warranty
KAZROOF Standart — 20 years, Premium — 40 years, serviced in Kazakhstan. The warranty is given by the manufacturer, not by us.
